MET Transport provides secure behavioral health transportation for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. We support both voluntary and involuntary transports, including patients under M1 holds and other involuntary commitments, ensuring safe, timely, and compassionate care when it matters most.
We Transport Individuals:
- From the site of a behavioral health crisis to the most appropriate care facility
- Between licensed facilities, including hospitals, psychiatric facilities, crisis stabilization units, behavioral health entities, substance use treatment centers, and walk-in crisis centers
Our services are available 24/7/365 and are delivered by highly trained, vetted drivers using secure vehicles equipped with safety partitions when needed.
Discharge Transportation
If the trip is a discharge to home, please call us, and our team will help coordinate the ride under Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) when possible.
