Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

MET Transport provides eligible Medicaid members with reliable rides to medical appointments and healthcare services when no other transportation is available. We specialize in getting you to your care safely, comfortably, and on time so you can focus on your health, not the ride.

We Provide Rides To:

• Medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments
• Therapy, treatment, and follow-up visits
• Prescription pickup

We Do Not Provide Rides For:

• Errands or personal trips
• Job interviews
• Non-medical appointments or paperwork visits

For trips over 25 miles, the medical facility must complete a required authorization form before the ride can be approved.
